Santorini is one of the most beautiful islands in the Aegean. This volcanic island with Caldera and the island Nea Kameni, where they sleep, but still does live volcano and Palia Kameni, where hot springs are located, makes Santorini one of the most popular and unique in all of Greece.

Villages Santorini
There are many villages with distinctive whitewashed houses designed in the Cycladic style, and they are very impressive, especially those located along the edge of the caldera.
Fira is the capital of Santorini and about 10 km from the main entrance. Fira is a very nice city, and one where you can enjoy walks along the winding paths, passing various shops, bars and restaurants. The views here are very impressive.
Oia is the next village along. Here is where some of the most beautiful sunsets to watch, and the most photographed spot in Santorini. Vlychada, which is 10 km south of Fira, is a small harbor where fishing boats are seen alongside some of the yachts that are found here.
Santorini is a destination that should be placed on top of the Greek islands of experience. This is where many of the Greek tourists and visitors from all over the world.
The island has so much to offer with stunning views, history, along with all the wide range of activities for visitors. Santorini is rightly known as the jewel in the crown of the Greek islands.
